HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

To make a purchase, simply select the item you want and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page, where you'll need to provide your personal information and enter your payment details.

HOW DO I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it at the end of the checkout process. Your discount will be applied to your total payment immediately.

Please be aware that we can only accept one discount code per order.

HOW CAN I CONFIRM A SUCCESSFUL ORDER?

Once our warehouse processes your payment, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at support@spaceandtimewatces.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't reached the fulfillment stage, there's a chance we can assist you with modifications or cancellations.

However, please note that we often pack and prepare orders for shipment within 48 hours of placement. Once the production process for made-to-order items begins, we cannot cancel the order. But, you can still return or exchange your received timepiece within 30 days of delivery.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed through Stripe Inc., as well as PayPal.

WHY WAS MY PAYMENT UNSUCCESSFUL?

If your payment did not go through, it may be due to a billing address that differs from the shipping address. Stripe, our payment system, may automatically block such transactions for your security. In this case, we recommend using an alternative payment method.

WHAT SIZE STRAP IS INCLUDED WITH MY TIMEPIECE?

All our timepieces come with a standard strap/bracelet, designed to fit wrist sizes ranging from 14 to 22 cm. For more options in terms of patterns and colors, you can explore alternative choices on our Straps page.
