WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Before finalizing your order, you'll have the option to select from various shipping methods, each with its respective cost, allowing you to review the prices for each option.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We strive to process and fulfill orders with utmost efficiency. Typically, our warehouse commences processing your order within 2-6 business days from the time of submission. Please bear in mind that deliveries are not made on weekends or local public holidays.
It's important to note that our estimated delivery time frames are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond the control of both Space & Time and our courier partners.
SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Regrettably, there are certain shipping limitations. If your country does not appear as an available shipping destination during the checkout process, we are presently unable to ship to that location.
Additionally, we cannot deliver to APO/FPO, PO BOX, or Parcel locker addresses. Since tracking packages after their arrival at these locations is challenging, we avoid shipments that might become misdirected or lost.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
WHAT IF MY WATCH SUSTAINS DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY?
We strongly advise you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. In the event that any of the products you've ordered have been damaged during transit, whether the damage is visible or concealed, please report it to the carrier within 7 days. Additionally, any transport-related damage must be reported to Space & Time within 7 days of receiving your order.
WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
All our orders are shipped from our facility in United States.
WILL I NEED TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
It's possible that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country. The typical duties and taxes fee is approximately 20% of the merchandise's dollar amount. However, this is a general estimate and may vary based on the destination country. Space & Time does not have control over and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for covering any additional charges associated with customs clearance. Please be aware that in rare cases, customs agents may delay the delivery of certain packages.
FULL SHIPMENT
We do not make partial shipments, meaning we will wait until all the products you've ordered are available before shipping your order. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate direct customer pickups of their orders.
