WARRANTY DETAILS
When you purchase a watch from our website, you can enjoy the assurance of a comprehensive two-year warranty. Please bear in mind that this warranty is only valid if the certificate is correctly dated and completed.
Within the warranty period, the warranty covers the watch movement, hands, and dial. All repair charges are covered if the watch is found to be defective in materials or craftsmanship under regular use.
In the event that the watch is irreparable, we can arrange for a replacement of a similar timepiece. The warranty for the replacement watch is valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of replacement issuance.
It's important to note that a nominal return shipping fee of USD 10.00 will be applied to all warranty services.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
- Battery, case, crystal, strap, buckle, bracelet, stem/spring or crown
- Damage resulting from mishandling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Water damage due to negligence unless the watch is explicitly marked as water-resistant
- Repairs carried out by unauthorized third-party repair shops
- Loss, theft, accidents (such as nicks, dents, shocks, blows, crushing, etc.), natural disasters, and calamities
- If your issue is not covered by our warranty, or if your warranty has expired, repairs may still be possible for a specific fee determined by our repair team. This fee includes return shipping and handling charges.
FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM
All customers are required to contact our Customer Service for instructions and to initiate the repair process before sending the watch to us. An authorization from Customer Service is essential. They will assess whether the watch qualifies for warranty coverage and provide an estimated cost if it falls outside the warranty period and coverage.
Each claim should be accompanied by a Repair Ticket Number provided by Customer Service, which should be included in all communications related to the repair.
Please be aware that any watch sent for repair without a proper Repair Ticket Number will be considered an invalid request and will be returned to the sender at their expense, with all shipping fees borne by the client.
